Howard served two tours in Vietnam. He was aboard the USS Vancouver. He drove the PT boats up and down the river while safely delivering the Marines. He loved the Navy and wanted to go career but family gave him a change of plans. My father was an avid Patriot. He loved the USA 🇺🇸 and believed in making America great again! Howard kept in touch with his ship mates later in life.
