After graduation (class of 2018) in March of 2019, he joined the United States Army. Hayden was an infantryman with the 1st Squadron, 89th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, trained at Fort Benning, Georgia, before he joined the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, New York in July 2019. He had completed air assault training and was looking forward to sniper training in January of 2021.Sadly, Hayden's life and service to this country was cut short. Hayden was very passionate about serving this country and protecting the rights & freedoms we have today. This dedication is to Hayden and his family.
